Kettle bells are the versatile tool for all kinds of fitness requirements. Core, legs, upper body, cardio, they do it all… and people know it! That’s why they are one of the most popular and growing workouts in the world.
Designed to broaden the skills of Fitness Trainers and Instructors, this qualification will give you the ability to plan and deliver safe, effective and professional kettle bell exercises and training sessions.
You will be...
- A level 2/3 qualified Fitness Instructor and/or Trainer
- Physically capable of using kettle bells on a regular basis
- Able to plan and communicate motivational ideas
What you will learn
This qualification comprises of 2 units (4 credits).
- Planning a kettlebell exercise session
- Instructing a kettlebell exercise session training session
Entry requirements
- A suitable qualification in Fitness Instruction and/or Training
- Some experience of kettle bell work would be useful
- There is an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication pitched at level 2
